According to the different disease, diabetic nephropathy can be divided into five (strictly speaking, applicable to type Ⅰ diabetes mellitus): Phase Ⅰ: high filtration period, 24-hour urine protein and urinary albumin excretion were normal. Phase Ⅱ: no clinical symptoms of, 24-hour urine protein and urinary albumin excretion were normal. Phase Ⅲ: microalbuminuria, 24-hour urine protein 30-300mg / d, urinary albumin excretion 20-200μg/min. Stage Ⅳ: Clinical kidney of 24-hour urine protein 300> mg / d, urinary albumin excretion rate> 200μg/min, urinary protein excretion> 0.5g / d. Ⅴ of: uremia.
